DISCOVERY + RESOLUTION + AUTHORISED INTERACTION
1. Programme Overview
Properties.Center is a centrally operated Properties Discovery and Interaction Programme. Its defining proposition is to give participating Trader / Investor/Property Operators, their AI Agents and their properties, persistent digital identities. Property Identities are in the format: (Title Number).Title.Center. The Title.Center Identity is a center for all relevant information on the property, that bears the relevant Title Number
The Programme connects these identities to canonical AI endpoints, declared capabilities, trust references and approved interaction methods so that programme-supported and authorised external Property AI Agents can discover, resolve and interact with participating commercial capabilities.
AI-Endpoint-In-a -Box is the repeatable delivery mechanism: the Programme Operator supplies the identity, namespace, discovery and interoperability infrastructure; the Properties Investor Group and other Property Companies supplies Trader / Investor/Property Operator engagement; and approved technology and service providers are introduced under central programme governance as required.
Properties.Center is operated by Agentic-AI.Network, which has been operating the Properties Investor Group with over 4,100 Members since 2014. It has used its experience in this regard to develop the repeatable AI-Endpoint-in-A-Box model. The purpose is to make commercial ecosystems increasingly addressable to authorised AI Agents while preserving stable identities, human oversight and clear operational accountability.
Core Identity Tenets
- Trader / Investor/Property Operator Identity —
Properties.Center: Every participating Trader / Investor/Property Operator can receive a persistent commercial identity through which it becomes discoverable and addressable by authorised Trade AI Agents.
- AI Agent Team Identity —
Property.1 or PropertyAgenticAI.com: Each participating company can have a paired persistent identity for its AI Agent Team and programme-supported AI execution environment.
- Properties AI Identity —
(Title Number).Title.Center: Properties can receive a identity derived from their established Title Number.
- One Central Programme Operator: The identities, operating framework, provider ecosystem and programme standards are governed and managed through one accountable Programme Operator.
Fundamental Operating Principle — One Central Programme Operator
The Programme is owned and managed by one central Programme Operator. The Programme Operator is accountable for programme governance, operating standards, brand and architecture integrity, partner onboarding, platform coordination, Registry integration, commercial model, service quality and the controlled introduction of additional providers where required.
AI providers, IBM Business Partners, specialist service providers and other delivery organisations can participate within the Programme Operator’s framework. They can provide capabilities to the Programme; they do not become parallel programme authorities.

| Rule |
Programme Meaning |
| One accountable Programme Operator |
One central operator owns, governs and manages the Programme and remains the principal point of accountability across the network. |
| Persistent identities at three levels |
Participating traders/exporters, their AI Agent Teams and their eligible products receive persistent programme identities designed to remain stable even when models, providers, software or workflows change. |
| Domain-anchored discovery |
Verified .Trade domains act as durable anchors for Gateway identity, discovery, declared capabilities and Agent interaction. |
| GTIN remains the underlying product identifier |
The Programme does not replace the Title. It binds an established Title Number in an identified jurisdiction to property identities as detailed above. |
| Provider modularity |
The Programme Operator can appoint, replace or add AI and specialist providers without transferring ownership of the Programme or Gateway identities. |
| Programme-supported and external Agents |
Programme AI environments are centrally coordinated, while authorised external Trade AI Agents may also discover and interact with exposed Gateway or business endpoints. |
| Open service ecosystem under central governance |
Specialist providers can supply services and capabilities, but participate under the Programme Operator’s approval, technical and commercial framework. |
| Interoperability, not replacement |
Existing directories, marketplaces, enterprise systems, logistics, financial systems and Agent platforms can remain connected and active. |
| Human oversight |
Verification, accreditation, sensitive decisions, transaction approval and escalation remain capable of human review. |
3. Programme Hierarchy & Core Architecture
The architecture places one central Programme Operator above a federation of stable Trade Gateway identities and modular delivery services.

| Level |
Role |
| Central Programme Operator |
Owns and manages programme governance, architecture, brand, commercial model, partner framework, technical requirements, service quality and provider appointment. |
| Global Resolution Infrastructure |
AIEndpointsRegistry.com — Resolves verified identities and domains to canonical endpoints, declared capabilities, interaction methods and referenced trust information. |
| Federated Programme |
Properties.Center — UK discovery federation, programme interface, pilot operations, evidence collection and national coordination. |
| Approved Providers |
Chambers, AI providers, IBM Business Partners and specialist providers appointed or accepted by the Programme Operator as required. |
4. Addressing Inefficiencies
Property transactions are among the most information-intensive and fragmented commercial processes in the world. Properties.Center addresses long-standing inefficiencies within property transactions, by introducing AI-driven discovery, orchestration and governance capabilities across the property lifecycle.
According to Savills, global real estate was valued at approximately $393 trillion in 2025, making it the world’s largest store of wealth. At the same time, governments across multiple jurisdictions are increasingly moving towards digital property transactions, electronic signatures, digital identities and AI-assisted conveyancing.
Properties.Center aligns with recent UK Government proposals designed to modernise property transactions, through digital sales packs, electronic identity verification and AI-assisted conveyancing processes. This is in line with what is gathering pace in other jurisdictions.
5. Central Operator, AI Providers & Client AI Identities
The Programme Operator remains the enduring programme owner. It may appoint a principal or preferred AI Provider for consistency of security, orchestration, Agent lifecycle management, observability and service levels, while retaining the right to introduce additional providers when technically, commercially or operationally appropriate.
Provider Principle
The operator is permanent to the Programme model; providers are modular. Provider appointment does not transfer programme ownership, Gateway identity ownership or Registry authority.

4. ACCREDITED
5. TRANSACTION-PROVEN
7. IBM Partner & Auto Deal Share (ADS) Alignment

8. Persistent AI Identities for Properties
Properties.Center extends the Programme’s identity architecture from traders and AI Agent Teams to eligible British products. The established Title Number remains the underlying product identifier; the Programme binds that Title Number to persistent Agentic identities.
9. AI-Endpoint-In-a -Box Operating Model
Core Operating Principle
The Programme Operator provides both identity infrastructure and discovery infrastructure. Associated Providers do not need to become AI-platform operators, blockchain operators, Registry operators or protocol operators. The Programme Operator operates the common programme machinery and introduces approved providers where additional capabilities are required.
Identity Record — Programme Data
Each programme identity should resolve to a structured canonical record capable of including:
Canonical Identity
Parent Gateway
Legal / Business Identifiers
Programme Status
Declared Capabilities
Authoritative Endpoint
Interaction Protocols
AI Agent Team Identity
Products
Trust References
Public Keys / Proofs
